01 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and cb88 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at cb88.bio and all related services, products, software, and content made available through it (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing cb88.bio, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

cb88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted solely in the English language. Any translation provided for convenience carries no legal weight and does not form part of this Agreement. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Requirement

Use of the cb88 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. cb88 applies strict age verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any stage of the customer relationship. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and all funds — including deposits and any winnings — will be forfeited in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations.

Registration Process

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must register a personal account by providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a mobile phone number, and your country and city of residence. You agree to keep this information current and to notify cb88 promptly of any changes via the account settings page or by contacting support at [email protected].

One Account Per Person

Each individual person is permitted to maintain only one active account on the cb88 Platform at any given time. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. cb88 uses device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate registrations. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances within them forfeited.

Jurisdictional Responsibility

cb88 operates as an offshore platform. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing or using the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law use the Platform entirely at their own risk. cb88 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or legally available in any specific location.

03 Account Obligations and Security

You are fully and solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. cb88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and selecting a unique, strong password that is not used for any other service.

You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs under your account — including deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and any communications made through the account — will be deemed to have been carried out by you personally. cb88 accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security of your login credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised, accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been stolen or shared without your consent, you must contact cb88 support immediately at [email protected]. cb88 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation period.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

cb88 is committed to operating a secure and fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, cb88 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any time at cb88's discretion. KYC verification may require you to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), a recent proof of address document, and/or documentation confirming the ownership of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet showing your registered phone number and name).

Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete. cb88 reserves the right to permanently close accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Supported Payment Methods

cb88 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. The current list of active payment methods is displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by cb88, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your cb88 account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing time.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. cb88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match the name on your cb88 account, the funds will be held pending KYC verification and may be returned to the source account, less any applicable processing fees.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to MFS wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank.

cb88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has an outstanding KYC verification requirement, if your account is under investigation for suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or if the wagering requirements attached to any active bonus have not been met.

Currency

All transactions on the cb88 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). cb88 does not charge currency conversion fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees for transactions. cb88 accepts no responsibility for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

05 Bonus and Promotional Terms

cb88 offers a variety of bonuses, free credits, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the promotional terms of each individual offer. Until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not available for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and all associated winnings.

Bonus Abuse

cb88 monitors all accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts, placing low-risk or hedging bets designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent, exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities to generate illegitimate bonus credits, and coordinating with other players to pass bonus funds between accounts. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

Bonus Validity

All bonuses have an expiry period, which will be stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds that remain unconverted or that have not met wagering requirements by the stated expiry date and time will be automatically removed from your account balance without compensation.

06 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

cb88 is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any player who discovers such an error must report it to [email protected] immediately and must not exploit it. Winnings generated through exploitation of known or suspected bugs will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the cb88 Platform, its software, its game logic, or its content.
• Using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or MFS provider for transactions that were legitimately processed.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, if such prohibition is known to you.
• Creating or using an account on behalf of a third party, or sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to another person.

07 Intellectual Property

All content published on or accessible through the cb88 Platform — including but not limited to the cb88 brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, images, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of cb88 or its licensors (including game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of cb88.

Game content is licensed to cb88 by third-party providers and is subject to those providers' respective intellectual property rights. Any complaints or issues relating specifically to game content, game mechanics, or RTP certification should be directed first to cb88 support, which will liaise with the relevant provider.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cb88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other financial loss.

cb88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. cb88 makes no warranty that the Platform will meet your requirements, that it will be available at all times, or that defects will be corrected.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, cb88's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In all cases, cb88's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge and accept that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the money you deposit and wager on the Platform. cb88 is not responsible for any gambling losses you incur. You agree to gamble only with funds you can genuinely afford to lose, and you accept that cb88 bears no liability for any gambling-related financial harm you experience.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your cb88 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, cb88 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances to your registered payment method and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Any active bonuses or unearned wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, please indicate this clearly when making your closure request. Players requesting self-exclusion will be permanently excluded from the Platform and will not be re-admitted at a later date. cb88 takes all self-exclusion requests seriously and processes them with the highest priority. Suspension or Closure by cb88

cb88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of any term of this Agreement; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete required KYC verification; or at the direction of a relevant authority or payment partner. In cases where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or Terms violations, all balances — including real-money deposits, bonuses, and winnings — will be forfeited.

10 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cb88 is incorporated as an offshore entity. cb88 does not represent that it holds any licence issued by any Bangladeshi regulatory authority, and this Agreement does not confer any rights under Bangladeshi gaming legislation.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising between you and cb88 relating to your account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other matter covered by these Terms, you agree to first contact cb88 support at [email protected] and allow cb88 a reasonable period — no less than 14 calendar days — to investigate and respond before escalating the matter further. The majority of disputes are resolved promptly through direct communication with the support team.

cb88's decisions regarding account closures, bonus forfeiture, void bets, and fraud determinations are final where they are made in accordance with these Terms. cb88 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that is found to have been placed or processed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or in breach of these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of any remaining provision.
